GENERAL CONDITIONS

Booking: All bookings should be confirmed in writtng (letter, telefax, e-mail)

Rates: All rates are quoted in Euro and are per person if not otherwise described. The published rates are subject to change without further notice. All rates are net to Magelan.

Payment for individuals: pre-payment on confirmation is required. If we don`t receive the money 15 days before the arrival, the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Fees for Groups: Cancellation fees are not charged by us if a group is cancelled at least 60 days before the group`s foreseen arrival date. (We fully understand that the organiser also has a loss of expenses in trying to organise a group, and we will absorb the high costs of the tentative proposal). If we receive a cancellation of a group less than 60 days from the arrival date, hotels and contractors are charging us depending on the circumstances and on the dates of travelling. This amount will be charged to the agent accordingly.
As a general guidelines the charges will be :
1. from 60 to 30 days before the arrival – only 155 euros to cover administrative costs
2. from 30 to 15 days before the arrival – 25% of the total amount due for the hotels accomodation
3. from 14 to7 days before the arrival – 50% of the total amount due for the hotel accomodation
4. from 7 days until days of arrival – total amount due for the hotel accomodation all other services involved for which we cannot be refunded.

Complaints: Possible complaints must be lodged by the client directly with Magelan during their stay in Serbia & Montenero. Complaints lodged after the departure cannot be considered. For possible complaints the court of Novi Sad is competent.

Responsibility: The Agency can not be held responsible for injury to any person on account of unavoidable accidents or accidents caused by a third party, or for loss or damage to personal matters. The responsibility of the Agency is limited by law.
